Grade (Marks) Encourage Student to Learn

I strongly disagree, because looking at the ability not of value because of the ability of a person can’t be judged from it but the value is as a formality and not as a measure of a person and pursue just education not getting good grades, but how one can comprehend and understand the lesson.

example:
Most students who get good grades but by the time these students practiced what. Because, students can’t only pursue good grades does not prioritize the material.
