Opinion about Improve Public Transport

1.    Should goverment spend more money on improving roads and highways, or should goverment spend more money on improving public transportation (buses, trains, subway) why? uses spesific reason and details to develop your essay

I prefer the government spend money to develop and increase public transport facilities karen reason I think this able to compete jakarta congestion in the city.
By increasing dasilitas facilities and infrastructures as well as improve safety and comfort for passengers. with it makes people who used to use private transport to switch to public transportation. With so congestion will be resolved with a reduced volume of vehicles.
